  1. Dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  2. Add salt and arrowroot before serving. If desired, remove excess starch or omit this step.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  4. Place the rack with the chicken wings on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes in a 425°F oven.
  6. After 30 minutes, brush the chicken wings with the butter chicken sauce.
  7. Chicken wings can be cooked for an additional 10 to 12 minutes. Watch them to prevent them from burning.
  8. The remaining butter chicken sauce should be mixed with the cooked wings.
  9. Add chopped cilantro on top. Top with ranch dressing or butter chicken sauce. Enjoy!
